**Although we have many food options, if there is something you are particularly after, just email us and we can work with you to meet your needs.
If it is a lunch you generally don’t need to order as much food compared to if the function was over a dinner time.
It is good to order a couple of cold selections so you can serve your guests some cold canapés to get started on while the hot food is being warmed. Also consider the time of the year the event is, www.poloralphlaurenaustralia.biz people tend to eat more cold items in the warmer months and more hot items in the colder months.
Although we do include various vegetarian options in our menus, if there are any other specific dietry requirements please contact us.
Delivery charges apply for orders delivered outside 5km of Seaton, please contact us for a price.
We can provide you with serviettes at an additional charge. All platters, ramekins, utensils and containers MUST be cleaned before returning. If anything is returned or picked up, and is un-cleaned, a $50 cleaning fee will apply and charged to you, all borrowed items must be returned within 5 days of the event or deposit will not be refunded.
Please note: prices do not include service & delivery charges. You can choose to have your event staffed or do it yourself. On site kitchen staff charge $25.00per hour On site waiting service $100 (for 4 hours min charge) every hour on top of that is $30.00 As a guide we recommend having 1 server per 40 guests, in order to circulate your menu selections efficiently. A canapé menu is serviced for 4 hours.
A $100 deposit for all catering orders must be paid to secure the date of your function, this will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance must be either made on collection/delivery in cash or if paying by funds transfer, the money must be in our account prior to the event.
When ordering cupcakes & brownies a minimum of 12 is required and they must be ordered in multiples of 12 per flavour.
